To receive your no-charge Loan Analysis, please submit the information requested on the Loan Request / Information Request form and one of our loan specialists will contact you within two business days to schedule a confidential discussion about your project and financing needs.
Information required for Loan Analysis:
1. Property description (excerpted from old appraisal — If possible)
2. Number of units with breakdown of rents by unit type (rent roll)
3. Current year financials, including breakdown of “other” income
4. Tax Returns – prior 2 years
5. Photos of Property
6. Existing loan info; close date, loan amount, interest rate, amortization and term.

We will respond with your Loan Analysis results within 5 business days of receipt of all requested information. If your loan request meets the HUD insured loan program requirements, we will follow-up with a formal loan underwriting agreement.
Upon your execution of the underwriting agreement, we will prepare the necessary underwriting
documents to submit your loan to HUD for its insurance guarantee approval. Assuming there are no unresolved or unacceptable issues, HUD approval often occurs within 45 to 60 days with funding 45 to 60 days thereafter. |
